About The Teacher

Brittanya Beddington began her ongoing wellness journey outside…in the mud…with horses. Her passion for horses led her to become an Equine Sport Therapist (massage therapist for horses), but she soon realized that the key to healing these lovely animals was through the healing of their riders and companions! From there she became a human massage therapist so that she could release the imbalances that riders were passing on to their mounts. That path led her to working from a yoga studio, where she became deeply interested in how movement patters could free up tension and imbalance in the body. Her yoga training was for the purpose of discovering this, but it led to so much more. She found a passion for teaching, getting people to move, and empowering them to find healing within their own realm of experience and movement. She currently teaches classes that focus on the connection between mind and body, alignment, hands-on release, and self-love.
