Dani Fagan is a certified trauma-informed yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher and mind-body recovery coach specialising in the care of chronically dysregulated folks with health issues relating to that. She healed years of chronic pain and other multiple distressing symptoms and has helped thousands of others do the same using mind-body medicine principles. Her approach combines inner child work, compassionate self-attunement, traditional yogic practices, somatics and other bottom-up modalities and modern mind-body medicine, harnessing the power of reparenting and the nervous system to heal chronic symptoms by guiding you to create a place of safety outside of nervous system survival mode.

Her work centres around simplifying complex concepts in the mind-body space, helping folks understand the elements required to regulate and unsuppress their true selves, and bring more compassion, ease and enjoyment into their world. Ideal for anyone who wants to learn how to build inner safety, effectively self-reflect and attune, embody emotions in real time and learn to trust and feel safe in their body (including when anxiety and symptoms arise).
