My first experience of yoga was when I was 13 years old in New Zealand where I stumbled upon Raja Yoga. I experienced and practiced meditation, vegetarian cooking and asana, pranayama. Through the years I have studied, experienced and practiced a variety of ‘styles’ from Ashtanga, vinyasa, flow, power, to Hatha, yin. Mostly self taught for the past 13 years , I continue to explore the mind, body, spirit connection and relationship through self practice and study.
Also certified in Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Sports, Deep tissue body work, my understanding of the body dynamics is felt and is brought to my Yogic Teaching.
