Yoga in its most spiritual sense has been a part of Julie’s life since her childhood. Growing up with a spiritual mother who taught her about meditation, listening to the aspirations of her heart and encouraging creativity is the foundation of her yoga path today. Julie started her physical practice of yoga in her early twenties when she visited New York for the first time. Soon this practice became a way of life, to build strength, flexibility, mindfulness and stepping further onto the path of inner self-realization and love. Julie has attained her Yoga Alliance 200hrs teacher-training certificate in dynamic Vinyasa flow with Lara Baumann at Quantum Yoga and is teaching yoga daily in Copenhagen. She focuses on guiding students into a creative, meditative, loving state of being that leave yogis liberated, happy and energized. She caters for beginners to intermediates and believes in Ayurveda and the combination of Yoga and Ayurveda as a healthy lifestyle to further balance
