Siân Melangell Dafydd has been practicing yoga since 2001 when she found that by improving her breathing, creativity came from a different place. By calming the mind and body, she accessed a more innovative voice as a poet and author. Siân is a certified teacher by the Yoga Alliance and teaches with Dharma Yoga Inspired. She is the author of award-winning novel Y Trydydd Peth and has published short stories and poetry in publications including The Best British Short Story 2014 and The Best British Poetry 2014. She was co-editor of the literary magazines Taliesin and Y Neuadd for five years and is currently translating the work of Bengali Nobel Prize winner Rabindranath Tagore into Welsh. She leads workshops on yoga and writing all over Europe.
