About The Teacher

Gretchen Serinis is e-ryt. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 15 years and I can’t imagine my life without it. Yoga has taught me to love and honor my body from the inside out. Yoga opens us to vibrancy of NOW! I teach a very breath focused class, taking time to anchor and ground in the physical body while holding space for heart and mystery to unfold. Throughout the years I have trained in Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, Massage Therapy, Yin, Nidra and Advanced Pranayama. In my Ayurvedic studies I learned to intuitively design my classes in accordance with the time of day, the seasons and most importantly to those who come to my class. I believe in the interconnectedness of all things, that there is no separate thread we are all one. Outside of teaching classes and workshops you can find me cooking, reading, mountain biking, swimming and spending time with family and friends.
