Meredith Cameron ~ Yoga & SUP Yoga Instructor

About us

Freedom comes in many different shapes and sizes.   Meredith Cameron encourages everyone to find their version of freedom.  She teaches people to find their freedom through connection and stability.  Her offerings allow us to get up and off of our organs and to use our bones so that we have boundaries, providing efficiency in our bodies.  Offering ample quiet time within her offerings amps up our ability to connect to ourselves.  Feeling good + finding quiet = finding our freedom.  How often do we stop to ask ourselves how we feel?  THIS is why Meredith does what she does.  She wants people to feel amazing.  And not just today, but consistently.  She wants people to feel empowered to go get what they want out of their lives.  Because life isn’t when we retire or go on vacation.  It’s right now.  We wouldn’t have the dream we have if we didn’t have what it takes.  That’s the secret.  Find your freedom.  Find your bliss. We are 150% capable.

Meredith’s style of yoga is one of a kind. Many ask if she is Iyengar trained, as she loves use of props and is a student of alignment. Meredith is mostly vinyasa trained, but has immersed herself into other trainings from Maty Ezraty, Elena Brower, and more. Her ability to hold space for students and to teach to what she sees happening within the room is a true gift.

During your SwellWomen retreat Meredith will incorporate flows that build strength and stamina for surfing coupled with juicy yin restorative to help you unwind and relax.  She will will take through a journey of heightening your senses and aligning you with nature.  We use the beauty of yoga on a SUP board to allow ourselves to get quiet in order to live loud and find stability, even when the ground beneath us is moving.
