About us

Marina is a Yoga practitioner since 2007, and she is teaching hatha yoga since 2010.“On my yogic and spiritual path I have learned several styles of yoga and healing practices. What I want to share with you, in this retreat, is gentle but profound practice of sukshma vyayama, healing therapeutical vinyasa flow. Basic principle in my yoga class is conscious approach to the body, non-forcing, but reaching out beyond one's limitations naturally, when body and mind are ready for that. Practice will be unfolding during the seminar - we will start with simple things and move on to more complicated techniques. When you feel connections inside your body you are more likely start to feel connections around you, connections with Universe and other fellow human beings.
