With over 10 years of experience as a professional organizational consultant and leadership coach, Rachel partners with leaders and organizations to lead effectively from the inside out. She works with clients who want to increase their impact, summon their courage to make big changes, and move to the beat of their collective wisdom. Rachel is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a certified yoga teacher. Her unique expertise in yoga and somatic work, coaching and leadership enables leaders and teams to understand their whole selves and unlock new potential.
Rachel has a BA from UC Berkeley with dual degrees in Political Science and Mass Communications and a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Southern California. A California local, Rachel enjoys hikes with her dogs, outdoor adventures, and cultural experiences near her home in the San Francisco Bay Area.
