About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Dayna is a plant lover, mother, earth walker and devotee to supporting mutual healing and the transformation of humanity one beautiful moment at a time. Her journey with bodywork began in 2013 when she attended a four month intensive Rebalancing Massage Course in Nelson, BC. The program took her deep into the modalities of: Deep Tissue | Joint Release | Breath and Energy Work | Cranio-Sacral Therapy | Body Awareness | Acupressure. Rebalancing provides you with a rhythmic, energetic and fascial experience.
Dayna works with aromatic medicines to bring nourishing support to our emotional, spiritual, physical and mental aspects. She intuitively uses these medicines with their intelligent benevolent healing based on each individual's needs.
Dayna recently completed a 2 year Integration Facilitation Training with the School of Reverence. This training has deeply provided her with the tools to support others on how to resource themselves to overcome trauma, pain, and addiction using the Embodied Wonderment Method. This practice is a trauma-informed, compassion-centred integration coaching methodology.
Dayna’s work is to honour each individual as they are in the present moment. She offers a safe, loving and secure space that allows you to dive into the depths of relaxation, comfort and peaceful surrender, feeling nourished in your body, mind and soul. She believes in the innate healing intelligence within us and holds space trusting you and your body's wisdom.
