Helena De Felice
is the founder of Our Sacred Body and a Certified Facilitator of the Wheel of Consent®. Her commitment that each human gets to experience the sacredness of their own being and life itself, forms the foundation of her work.

Her facilitation is deeply trauma-responsive and non-judgemental, informed by many years in the field of prevention and response to gender-based violence, senior leadership roles in and reproductive rights, teaching holistic peer counseling, holding space for births and death as a doula, and leading healing and entheogenic rituals.

She is passionate about developing individual and collective awareness that deepens our capacity to facilitate healing.

Helena, thank you for bringing the Wheel of Content to the world. The skills I am taking away and practicing in my daily life have already shown value in just a few days. Learning to be okay with doing what I need to support my emotional well-being, without guilt, and shifting my language around 'asking' for what I need or want was a big 'a-ha' moment. Slowing down, connecting with touch, and awareness of senses practices were extremely helpful. I feel this is a retreat I would repeat as I continue to incorporate the teachings, and I highly recommend it to others. Read More
