Mike brings a passion for transformation, for people discovering their own power and freedom to create their lives. He spent 35 years leading transformational communication programs to over 15 thousand people around the world. This included being a mentor and trainer for other leaders to master empowering others to create their lives. Mike has been dedicated to families working, relationships being nurturing, and people both being at peace with the circumstances of their lives and powerful in dealing with these circumstances.
Mike was the CEO of several companies in the construction industry. Over his 38-year career he very successfully created a culture of transaction, empowerment and nurturing people and relationships. This culminated in a very successful ownership transition and retirement that ensured the future success of the organizations and demonstrated that Transformation is a potent business asset.
As a lifelong student of communication, Mike has been dedicated to discovering a way of being and of listening that has others be present to their own extraordinary nature. He operates from the simple philosophy that Communication is our access to having life work. Today Mike is both a senior business consultant and a mentor for people being effective in their lives. He also leads programs to develop others in being effective coaches in life.
