About The Teacher

Tracey Delfs is passionate about being a Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Teacher. She has had a strong interest in mind-body-spirit wellness ever since she graduated from the U of A with a major in Health and Fitness promotion in 1991. She is the owner of Balance Quest in Calgary where she life coaches and teaches Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga classes.

She has been teaching Vinyasa Flow Yoga since she became a certified yoga teacher in 2000. She teaches a fun, flowing yoga classes that she adapts for all levels of experience including beginners.

Since 1999 Tracey has been studying on a regular basis with Zen Master - Thich Nhat Hanh. She brings back his mindfulness teachings of "how" to live more in the moment and integrates this into her retreats.

Tracey had been enjoying leading Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Retreats at Quantum Leaps every spring and Fall for many years now. She combines her experience as a yoga and meditation teacher, a life coach, and her love of the outdoors when leading the retreats. The result is creating a space for the participants to find more inner peace, clarity, and a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.
