She invites leaders to explore how equal, diverse and inclusive behaviors act as core mindsets and strategic enablers of healthy high performing teams. Simonetta creates immersive learning experiences, that enables all participants to take the experience of truly empowered and inclusive spaces into their contexts. She believes we can shape the world into a more open, beautiful and loving space together.
