About the Teacher
Why study with them?
I'm Carlos Valencia,
My path in sound began when I was a child and I had a condition that led me to an operation at the age of 5. During the night after the operation, there was a lot of crying and suffering in the hospital. That experience was my first contact with the emotional effect of sound and the value of silence.
My second transcendental experience to connect with sound has been derived from going through a stage of mourning for loss, feelings of sadness, anguish, loneliness, depression, anxiety, abandonment, loss of meaning, they were my great teachers to develop my conscience and my sensitivity for life.
It is thanks to these experiences that I do what I do, because my great desire is to help alleviate human suffering through sound medicine.
My professional path:
Founder of the Sound Therapy Mexican Center.
Professional sound therapist, specialist in group and individual sound sessions for relaxation and healing. Facilitator and creator of professional training in sound therapy with Tibetan bowls and training in Gong given through the Sound Therapy Mexican Center.
I have received my training and personal development through shamans and spiritual guides in places like Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Spain.
Organizer of the Gong Master Training in Mexico given by the great Gong Master Don Conreaux with whom I have participated in concerts for world peace (Mysterious Tremendum) in Alcalá de Henares, Spain (December 2018) and Buenos Aires, Argentina (July 2019). Toluca, Mexico (November 2020).
Kundalini Yoga teacher, NLP facilitator and thanatological and life coach.
