Hello everyone! My name Natalia . I'm Russian, I live in Bali more then five years and teaching yoga here .
My approach is a combination of yoga knowledge and body oriental therapy . In my practice I do the mix of classic Hatha yoga , bringing some vinyasa flow (dynamic repetition) , pranayma , and different techniques of relaxation , self massage and mental concentrations .
All this instruments might help you relax , strengthen your body , maybe give some inspiration to your own practice and eventually I hope it'll help to enjoy yourself more and be happier and calm
