Knowing the mind is an essential importance makes her further explore meditation techniques at Kopan Buddhist Monastery, Nepal and Osho Center, Pune. Drawn by the art of yoga she pursued a Thai Yoga Massage certification at Sunshine Network in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Irena is fun and lighthearted, she brings a playful approach, as well as deep understanding of yoga anatomy and philosophy to her students. Inspired by the kinetic movement of the human body and Corrective Exercise principles her classes have a strong  focus on breath awareness and the mind-body connection. Her yoga trainings received in India along with a deep meditation practice from her time spent in Kopan Buddhist Monastery in Kathmandu have given her a deep knowledge of both the spiritual and physical aspects of Yoga.

She strongly believes that yoga is a personal journey in which the more you are able to embrace rather than fight your own limitations and vulnerabilities, the less limits they hold and the more balance and energy you experience. Yoga has brought a profound purpose to her life which she shares with others.
