Why study with them?
Matia Kalli is a Greek American singer-songwriter born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Trained as a Jazz and R&B artist, Matia decided to leave contemporary music behind and went on a spiritual pilgrimage that led her to discover devotional music, sacred healing songs, mantras and chants becoming a powerful song carrier, medicine woman and voice teacher. Matia travels the world sharing her devotional practice as well as leading cacao ceremonies with her partner Tom Estonia Valsberg. She is the lead female vocalist of ecstatic kirtan band, The Hanuman Project and has performed with well-known artists such as Shimshai, Nalini Blossom, Darpan, Mose, Kirtaniyas, Kailash Kokopelli, Fantuzzi, and more.
