Guy Rolland has worked as a facilitator and event organizer since 2015 in the greater Montreal area. He uses retreats, workshops, meditation, rituals, and process to carry men on the path of well being and mutual connections. He has worked 20 years as a clinical manager and programs coordinator in a community resource program for people with mental health issues. has also worked five years in the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities. He holds a Bachelor of psychoeducation from the University of Sherbrooke and a certificate in management of health services from the University of Montreal. During his professional career he has developed a considerable expertise in clinical coaching and training (individual counseling, group counseling, and alternative approaches to mental health) He is passionate about interpersonal relationships, personal growth, group dynamics and communication.
