+Sensual Massage Exchange+
This workshop will guide you to explore how touch, breath and mindfulness can provide a feast
for the senses.
We will practice touch and share connection, starting with being mindful of our own body before
surveying ways to provide different types of touch to others on a massage table. This is not
intended to be a massage and participants are encouraged to set clear boundaries. We
will rotate several times and conclude by reviewing our experiences.
Touch is a form of communication that starts before birth and can involve deep emotions related
to safety and self-image. Breathing is something we need to do nearly constantly and is a
unique bridge between our automatic subconscious and our conscious will. Mindfulness is a call
to be present, finding awareness of your thoughts and feelings without becoming lost in them.
Join Carlos in exploring these three practices together in a safe and welcoming space.
+Introduction to Active Meditation+
Practice mindfulness and centeredness without sitting still. Wear comfortable clothes. There will
be dancing.
