Jennifer Prugh is the owner of ‘Breathe, Los Gatos,’ a vibrant yoga studio, tea house and wellness center in Los Gatos, California. She is the founder of the YA certified RYT 200 and 500-hour ‘Joy of Yoga.’ Jennifer is passionate about guiding her students toward the discovery of what is possible in life when we bring love and attention to each moment. She teaches an eight limbed approach to Vinyasa yoga with passion for meeting people where they are.
A professional artist for many years, she spent eight years as an associate professor teaching storytelling, mythology and creativity. In 1999 after the death of her father, Jennifer left higher education to teach yoga exclusively and in the words of Joseph Campbell, “follow her bliss.” She has worked with students in all stages of life, from babies, children, at risk teenagers, those with cancer and those who suffer from chronic pain.
Jennifer leads local, national and international yoga retreats and teacher trainings in Nepal, India and Bali. She enthusiastically supports the Tibetan Children’s Education Foundation, was a Lululemon Ambassador and her paintings and photographs are represented by Marji Gallery in Santa Fe.
