About The Teacher

Rachel is a yoga teacher, coach, and avid surfer. For the past five years she has taught yoga, practised body work, and run health and wellness retreats around the world. Her passions lie in guiding people towards a more holistically balanced life, through food, lifestyle choices, movement, and meditation. Fusing her experience and knowledge of various styles of practice, Rachel’s classes dive into topics such as mindfulness, combating stress, and restoring balance in the mind and body.
