The ancient path of yoga continues to inspire Jennifer and transform her life. She has a deep passion to create a healing space when sharing this practice with others. Using the natural expression of movement supported by the breath, Jennifer strives to create a balanced posture flow with a focus on inner awareness and mindfulness. She believes that all forms of practice can be gentle in spirit when proper knowledge and presence is applied. She enjoys integrating meditation, pranayama, chanting and sound healing into her teaching, as she has found these to support the student both on the mat and in day-to-day life. Jennifer has been living and studying in earnest at Ananda Ashram since 2006, is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, and also holds a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Communication. Her most influential teachers include: Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati, Ramana Maharshi and Iyengar Yoga Master Kofi Busia.
