Merideth has been walking the medicine path for over a decade, working closely with psilocybin as her main teacher and healer of depression and anxiety. In 2020, Merideth moved to Costa Rica to immerse in the teachings of a Transformational center called Pachamama. She spent the last 3 years living and working in the jungle of this community, studying the red road, herbalism, agroecology and permaculture principles, and constructing an extensive food forest to feed her community. She participated and supported countless plant medicine ceremonies and grew close relationships with Ayahuasca, San Pedro and Peyote. She learned how to hold ceremonies in traditional and indigenous ways, where she prepared and served these medicines, designed earth altars and held ceremonial fires. Merideth also had many opportunities to experience the co-facilitation of transformational healing workshops and ceremonies under profound teachers.
Merideth’s calling in life is to help reconnect the humans of this planet to nature. She believes it is through creating a relationship with the natural world around us that helps us to remember how much we love and care for it. Whether it is through teaching survivalist courses in the wild, helping communities and individuals build their home gardens or serving medicinal plants as means of deep healing and transformation, Merideth is connected to the wisdom of the plants and she is here to share their message. She is also a certified yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, vipassana meditator, Thai massage / intuitive bodyworker and DJ.
