Andrea Bonfante

About us

Andrea took a circuitous path to Pilates. As the manager of an antiques store, she loved her weekly Pilates class. Before long, she found herself taking several classes a week. Inspired by the positive changes she experienced in her body, Andrea realized she would love to help others in the same way.

She has studied with some of the top instructors in the Pilates and movement field. Her studies have included anatomy, the nervous system, the pelvic floor, scoliosis, Laban/Bartenieff work, the MELT Method and the Franklin Method. Andrea completed her original Teacher Training program in 2010 with Pilates Education Lab, under the direction of Carol LeMaitre and Sharon Gallagher, and completed the Master’s Program through the The Pilates Center of Boulder in 2015. Andrea is a PMA-certified Pilates instructor.
