Aurore has been in the professional fitness world for over 14 years and in the health and wellness world for most of her life. Through many periods of growth she is learning to tap in to her body's wisdom through intuitive movement. This type of practice allows her to not only give her body what it needs to thrive, be flexible and stay strong, it also allows her to spend less time "working out", therefore more time enjoying life. She encourages people to connect to their bodies through their emotions, push through the challenges with grace, and keep moving. Aurore is stepping out of the gym and workout norm by challenging individuals to look within themselves for what feels right when choosing a type of movement or exercise. It's not about how many hours we log in or what pant size we wear, it's about how good we feel.
