Liz’s passion is sharing the gift of connection through the joy of moment, dance and yoga to the place of rich stillness in the present moment. Liz has been moving her body in joy since she was a dancing poodle at age 4 (no she does not still have the pink tutu!) Her life path brought her to sharing the gifts of dance, strength training and yoga to the stillness of mindful meditation and peace from the inside out. Liz has continued her learning over 30 plus years, certified through group exercise, American Council of Exercise (ACE), personal training, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and holds a Kripalu 200 hour certification along with a 500 hour certification in Yoga Therapy. She has studied with Shawn Corne, Jon Kabet-Zinn and recently completed a study of MBSR (Mindfully Based Stress Reduction) with Saki Santorelli, Florence Meleo-Meyerand Judd Brewer at the Omega Institute.Source: ahkiretreat.secure.retreat.guru
