For most of my life, I was stuck in looping patterns of depression, addictions, feeling lost, and disconnected. I over-gave my time and energy in relationships with people who didn’t respect me. I was constantly seeking external validation to be liked. I was numbing my anger with everything I could, drugs, food, work. At 29 I hit rock bottom. I bought a one-way flight for Australia and started my deep inner journey of transformation. From there, I still was struggling with my demons until I found a beautiful community of people who introduced me to yoga, meditation, breathwork, ice bath. Later on, the plant medicines force me to walk through the valley of my own shadows and find the way of self-love. I met my beautiful partner Melanie with whom I’m committed to a conscious love relationship that teach me to always come back into love. On my road, I met some beautiful souls who help me on my path and now it’s my turn to serve you to release traumas and embody the best version of yourself.
