Tania’s path has been one of remembrance, a return to the heart through stillness, breath, and presence. With over 1,000 hours of training in Yoga, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Elemental Breathwork, she guides others home to themselves through conscious movement and mindful awareness.
Her teaching blends yogic philosophy, breath science, and lived experience to help students regulate their nervous systems, release stored emotion, and rediscover inner peace.
Having personally journeyed with sacred medicine at Ananda, Tania offers this retreat from a place of deep reverence and understanding — holding space with gentleness, grace, and love.
