Sian Pascale is Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia certified teacher with over 14 years of practice and study. Her interest in meditation and yoga goes back to her teenage years in Melbourne, Australia where she was born.
In 2012 Sian Pascale moved to Mumbai and began training and teaching with one of Mumbai’s most inspirational teachers, Vandana Yadav. Vandana’s dynamic teaching style opened her up to a practice and teaching method that incorporated many lineages of yoga – including kundalini, vinyasa, hatha, and kalaripayattu (South Indian martial arts).
In 2014, she consolidated her 2 years of training with Vandana by undertaking a certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course in Goa, India. From there she travelled to Rishikesh, North India, where she studied chanting and yogic philosophy, as well as tantric yoga and meditation, before returning to her hometown in Melbourne.
Since then, Sian has been working full-time for Humming Puppy, a luxury studio in Melbourne which uses vibrational frequencies to enhance yoga techniques. Her classes are characterised by the inclusion of her diverse experiences and training in chanting, mindful asana, yoga nidra, prayanama and chakras. Sian now spends her time teaching her students in Australia, Bali and India.
