About The Teacher
Yoga is the path in which one finds their true self and develops value to all things. My wish is to guide you through your own self discovery and provide a stepping stone for you to reach your potential.
I recall my first experiences with yoga as intimidating. Being shy and reluctant to practice yoga in public, I started practicing yoga on a Wii fit at home. Eventually building the confidence to attend studio classes and with help, I was able to recognize the benefits, physical and mental. I attended Bikram training in 2012 and was a familiar face on the competition circuit, where I placed in the top 5 of USA Men for 3 years.
Recently, I decided to explore other styles of movement and completed my RYT-200 with Fluid Yoga’s Vinyasa Teacher Training. I like the challenge that vinyasa can offer, and the balance that it brings to my practice. I enjoy practicing and teaching the 26+2 Sequence, the Ghosh 84 class, as well as traditional Tibetan meditation techniques, and I am excited to share them with you on the retreat.Source: casaom.secure.retreat.guru
