Yoga is the path in which one finds their true self and develops value to all things. My wish is to guide you through your own self discovery and provide a stepping stone for you to reach your potential. I recall my first experiences with yoga as intimidating. Being shy and reluctant to practice yoga in public, I started practicing yoga on a Wii fit at home. Eventually building the confidence to attend studio classes and with help, I was able to recognize the benefits, physical and mental. I attended Bikram training in 2012 and was a familiar face on the competition circuit, where I placed in the top 5 of USA Men for 3 years. Recently, I decided to explore other styles of movement and completed my RYT-200 with Fluid Yoga’s Vinyasa Teacher Training. I like the challenge that vinyasa can offer, and the balance that it brings to my practice. I enjoy practicing and teaching the 26+2 Sequence, the Ghosh 84 class, as well as traditional Tibetan meditation techniques, and I am excited to share them with you on the retreat.Source: casaom.secure.retreat.guru
