Shelly Reef specializes in awakening inner awareness using beautiful sound, frequency and guided meditation.
Therapy Harp Healing Technique and Certifications.
She is the pioneer of Harp and Crystal Sound Healing and developer of the Therapy Harp healing technique and certification with CEU’s through Yoga Alliance and the Soul of Yoga Sound Institute, used by therapists, yogi’s and healers worldwide.
Through her students, Therapy Harp healing is utilized in hospitols, yoga studios, hospice, rescue animal recovery, massage practices, and a plethora of holistic therapies. She teaches therapeutic harp and guided meditation through SOYSI alongside such sound healing luminaries as Jonathan Goldman, Christine Stevens, Wah!, and Grammy nominee Sylvia Nakash.
AntiGravity Aerial Yoga : Shelly is co-developer of AntiGravity Restorative Aerial Yoga, taught in over 40 countries. She was an originating master teacher trainer of AntiGravity Yoga certifying teachers in more than 20 countries.
Meditation: Shelly's meditation work and studies span 40-years and many countries including Japanese Zen, Thai Theraveda and Vipassana, and Balinese Hinduism.
Channeling and Cosmic Contact: Shelly is a lifelong off-planet contactee fluent in 5D, timelines, spirit guides, starseeds, pineal activation, light-body and telepathic training. She has channelled a form of universal intelligence through "the family of light" since childhood. Her spiritual work is unbound by religion, culture, or social construct.
Current offerings : Shelly works as a professional sound healer, empathic healer and spiritual mentor.
She is currently in residence at Sacred Sound of the Soul and Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, CA.
