Kari Prevost is a former attorney and C suite executive turned passionate soul coach. She lives her passion for helping individuals connect with their true selves and live more fulfilling lives.
As a graduate of the Hoffman Process, Nine Gates Mystery and Esoteric School, and a Certified Reiki Master, Kari has cultivated a deep understanding of mind-body connection and the power of energy work in healing, personal transformation and liberation.
With over 15 years of experience of applying these practices in daily life, Kari has honed skills in creating and leading transformational experiences that combine mindfulness, movement, and spiritual practices. Through these experiences, individuals can access their innate wisdom, overcome limiting beliefs, and cultivate lasting change.
