Barbara Herring
About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Barbara has been a facilitator of Sacred Circle Dance groups across Canada and the USA since 1996 and during that time has been midwife to the birth of many groups in Ontario. She has hosted a Sacred Circle Dance weekend at Unicamp for over 10 years. She has developed a unique model of community co-leadership, where all dancers are welcome to share in teaching and leading the dance. She was featured in a documentary segment of the Canadian television program "Body, Mind and Spirit". Barbara currently lives in Peterborough where she is an active leader/participant in the local Sacred Circle Dance group. This year, she will be leading dance in Courtenay BC and at California Dance Camp as well as at Unicamp.
