Lauryn is an empowerment coach who weaves practices and tools focused on somatic embodiment, energetic alignment, feminine energy and spiritually. She founded Arise Alchemy in 2014 and infuses deep spiritual wisdom with her background in the healing arts, somatics, psychology, Yoga and energetics into her work. She guides individuals deeply through their transformation, while creating a space of possibility and inspiration!
