Over the past 15 years, Sivan has helped people from all walks of life recognize destructive health habits and shift mind-body patterns. With her support, clients alleviate weight gain, burn-out, anxiety, insomnia, poor quality of life and chronic diseases. Her down-to-earth approach and depth of experience gives people the confidence to better their life with increased joy and wellbeing.

Sivan has a Master’s Degree in Nutrition, and is certified by New York State as a Clinical Nutritionist. She worked as a nutritionist in the departments of endocrinology, family medicine and OB/Gyn at St. Luke’s Hospital for 7 years. Sivan is currently working in private practice with families throughout New York City. Her expertise includes a wide range of conditions, including autoimmune disorders, gastrointestinal distress, heart disease, cancer, allergies, diabetes, high-risk pregnancies, and childhood obesity.

Sivan has also devoted the past 10 years to learning the practices of Yoga and Kabbalah. She is an active member of the Naam Yoga Therapies Teacher Training Team, an International Yoga program. She is a Universal Kabbalah teacher at Naam Yoga NYC in Manhattan. Sivan practices Harmonyum, an alternative healing technique that balances the autonomic nervous system, thereby promoting the body’s capacity to heal itself and slow the aging process.

A genuine desire to motivate people to enjoy a healthy and happy life led Sivan to create innovative health and wellness programs. The programs are easily incorporated into a busy routine and include dietary modification, Naam Yoga, Mudra Therapy and breathing techniques.
