About The Teacher

Gail Jessen is a former university administrator turned Coach, Fire Starter, and full-time gypsy. Gail currently travels around the world, living out of her little red backpack.

For more than 30 years Gail lived an inauthentic life based on rules she didn’t create. By her own admission, she was an overachieving stress case addicted to external validation. She was misaligned and miserable.

Her Hashimoto’s diagnosis was the awakening she needed. Hashi’s is an autoimmune disease that attacks the thyroid and adrenals. The moment she heard the diagnosis it was clear that life as she’d known it was done. Gail began to deconstruct that life and re-build everything on her terms. She became obsessed with discovering her authentic self and aligning her life to support that.

Within one year she sold everything she owned, lost over 100 pounds, left her 15-year career, launched her coaching business, and booked a one-way ticket to Bali.

Gail works with women all over the world who are sick and tired of being sick and tired. She guides women who are ready to radically change their lives and live in authentic alignment. Her retreats focus on awakening, healing, and the tools needed to align to your higher self. Her work centers around core desired feelings, lunar cycles, and the power that comes from balancing masculine / feminine energies. If you’re ready to awaken, align, and meet your authentic self, Gail is your guide.
