About The Teacher

Ever since Yoga came into her life, her life instantly began to be beautifully transformed. Due to her dancing background, Stephanie has always been captivated by disciplines that allow her to utilize her body to express herself and as a mean to attain self-knowledge.  The fluidity of movement, intrinsic rhythm and breath-movement coordination of Yoga and AcroYoga caught her attention and heart early on.

After studying and working in Neuroscience for about 10 years, she decided to embark in this journey by attending her 200 hour-Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, India.  In 2013, she became an AcroYoga Jambassador, where she hosted and created the first AcroYogi community in Bordeaux, France.  In 2015, she obtained her AcroYoga Teacher Certification by AcroYoga International. Currently, she lives in Antigua Guatemala, where she is co-building the first AcroYoga community in the country.

Her deepest wish is to keep spreading the love and light of Yoga and AcroYoga worldwide and captivate, inspire and
empower students to grow towards their greatest potential and recognize the amazing healing qualities of Yoga and
AcroYoga, to mind, body and mostly to the spirit.
