About us

Ronit is Josue's life partner and her passion for conscious movement supports the work with plant medicines. Powerful energies are stirred, and the breath, gentle stretching and dance helps move and Integrate them effectively.

Ronit practices and teaches Shivananda Yoga and incorporates its five main principles into the integrative work: Proper Exercise, Breathing, Relaxation, Diet, as well as Positive Thinking & Meditation.

Ronit is also a Moon Dancer from the Mexican tradition, and loves to share its gifts during the temascales and pipe ceremonies during the full moon.

Why Retreat?
