As one of the original developers of the international “Art of Hosting Meaningful Conversations” network, he has helped train over 2,500 facilitators worldwide. His expertise lies in creating and sustaining positive group energy, establishing psychological safety, and holding clear container boundaries that support both learning and healing. With extensive background leading workshops in wellness, corporate, nonprofit, and academic environments, Steven is passionate about supporting deep transformational journeys, especially in breathwork and holistic wellness spaces.
In his role as retreat support lead and master of ceremony, Steven skillfully guides the group through meaningful openings, transitions, and closings, crafting ritual and structure that honor the transformative nature of the retreat experience. He supports the flow and group stewardship by holding space, managing time, and helping weave participants safely into the learning container. Steven’s intuitive approach ensures the retreat remains a positive, solution-focused environment where individual and collective growth can flourish harmoniously.
