About the Teacher
Why study with them?
To speak of Rú Ruah is to speak of a deep commitment to the expansive spiritual path. At the age of 21, he embarked on the journey of Hatha Yoga, which eventually led him to the ancient, shamanic Bön tradition of Tibet. Under the guidance of Dhargya Lobsang, he was introduced to Tibetan techniques that opened the door to profound healing and transformation. Through the integration of body, breath, and sound, he discovered powerful methods to heal the body, mind, and soul.
Over time, his knowledge expanded to include the role of a fire guardian and the facilitation of Temazcal—or Inipi—a traditional indigenous sweat lodge ceremony. Today, he weaves together the wisdom and practices from these diverse traditions. His work blends the tools of the body, plant medicine, prayers, intention, and the elements of nature, creating a harmonious approach to healing and transformation.
