About The Teacher

I have been into yoga since 1986.Basically started my yoga life as a hata yoga practitioner and got more and more interested in meditation,silence and self-realisation.Have been teaching yoga to people from all walks of life since 1990.Main areas of stress, in teaching are Yoga Nidra,awareness of body and mind,calming down the mind,understanding the mind,experiencing silence and encountering the pure state of being,our own real nature.This is real goal of yoga.Asana practice,pranayama,meditation,yoga philosophy help us in doing this.Most (contact info blocked) teacher who has that experience,feeling,passion and silence can help to touch,what is yoga all about.Let me help you and see you grow and be enlightened.Be joyful,smiling,laughing and be in the present moment.Let us all be blessed to experience,Yoga.Thank you.Pranams.
