Jillian (Praneshwari) Coogan
Known for her spirited nature, sense of humor, and approachable energy, Praneshwari has been practicing yoga since early childhood. Based in Los Angeles, she completed her first teacher training in Vinyasa Yoga in 2010, and has been teaching full-time ever since. After several years of teaching at yoga studios around LA, Praneshwari felt a strong yearning to deepen her own practice as well as gain more tools and knowledge so that she would have more to offer to her students. In 2013 she traveled to Rishikesh and met her teacher, Yogrishi Vishvketu, who she was drawn to because of the wide variety of elements and transformative wisdom that he included in his teachings. That fall she completed her 300YTT in Akhanda Yoga, which changed her practice and understanding of yoga completely. Praneshwari’s classes are intuitive and breath-centered.
