Abby Seplowitz ~ Yoga Instructor

About The Teacher

Abby is a lover of the outdoors. Specifically, she has a passion for yoga and the game of golf, and has worked hard the last five years to combine the two. While Abby started golfing in college as a hobby, it quickly became a driving force in her life. She used that ambition to pursue a career in the golf industry which has taken her around the world, most recently to Colorado and Kapalua in Maui. Throughout her four years in Hawaii, Abby came to appreciate the meaning of ‘Aloha’ and spent countless rounds on incredible golf courses with amazing people.  Like golf, she quickly fell in love with all aspects of yoga as it quickly developed from hobby to passion. She discovered she wanted to to share this love and appreciation with the world. Abby is now a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and also has certifications in Yoga for Golfer’s and with the Titleist Performance Institute. It is Abby’s goal to share her combined passions, while exploring everything this beautiful life has to offer.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

Reconnecting with myself after a very crazy few months with a new baby! Just having that feeling of being grounded again. But also having an opportunity to connect with new amazing people. Getting exposed and Inspired by new (to me) yoga instructors (and community). Being in the presence of real, authentic and raw emotion (the whole spectrum).. So many reasons! Alyson
