Marcela Lobos
About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Marcela Lobos has been initiated in the healing and spiritual traditions of the Amazon and Andes. She is the author of Awakening Your Inner Shaman: A Woman's Journey of Self-Discovery through the Medicine Wheel and co-author of the Mystical Shaman Oracle deck.
Born and raised in Chile, Marcela graduated from a prestigious journalism program. In her mid-twenties, she pursued studies in yoga and wellness and in 2005 she graduated from The Four Wind Society’s Light Body School. Soon she joined the teaching staff and in 2009 began directing the Spanish division which she still leads today. Marcela hosts retreats at Los Lobos Sanctuary, the center she and her husband Alberto Villoldo built in the mountains of Chile. She travels internationally to teach shamanic wisdom and leads sacred journeys for people to awaken their own power and grace.
