About The Teacher
Hi, I’m Shelby and I began my yoga journey over 6 years ago in hopes of reducing stress, however as I continued my practice it began to consume me. My yoga practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully as I am continuously inspired by my family and my passion for moving meditation.
With yoga, I am constantly reminded to be grateful for every moment in my life regardless of the outcome, to be present and to surf the waves of love with my heart.
