About us

Richard Klein is a happily recovering workaholic who  has created the Mountain Waters Retreat Centre over the last 20 years. He is an aquatic therapist, a life coach and he teaches mindfulness  and meditation practices. Richard has completed a four year course of studies in Hakomi body-centered psychotherapy with master teachers Ron Kurtz and Jon Eisman. He is a relational somatic therapist who works with trauma resolution in private practice  and in retreat settings. Richard is the father of five adult children. he has traveled extensively on his own into the Mountains of British Columbia, China and Tibet on extended vision quests and pilgrimage experiences.
