Sarah has always been involved in physical activity, but not until severe rugby injury did she turn to yoga over 10 years ago. The subtle yet profound shifts inspired by attending yoga classes with teachers that she began to connect with eventually led her to continue on the path to teach yoga. Sarah’s classes reflect the passion she has for life and for yoga; she does this through playful challenges, fun energy, and succulent stretches. Sarah likes to focus on bringing awareness to alignment and finding an understanding of doing what you need to do for your body in the moment. Within Sarah’s classes expect to work hard, find energy and laugh! Sarah is based out of Toronto, Canada – and runs/owns Liberty Life Yoga — and teaches in various studios through the Greater Toronto Area. Sarah is so excited to be working with True Nature for a retreat in beautiful Italy!
