Why study with them?
In 2016, Adrienn Light underwent a profound, spontaneous life-changing experience during a solo retreat while meditating and fasting. Through meditation, she felt her 3-dimensional vessel transforming into a Light Body, liberating her spirit and connecting her to a new frequency.
Over the next two years, she learned to communicate, assimilate, and integrate this new energy. In 2018, she was guided to share this knowledge with others and became a facilitator of light body activations, helping many access their own light bodies. In 2022, Anfrinit began to manifest through Adrienn; Anfrinit is a clear channel through all existences, aligning the multidimensional self with the higher self. Through Anfrinit, practitioners are liberated from the incarnational cycle.
In her daily life, Adrienn is also a devoted wife and mother to two beautiful young daughters.
