Allan is a mindfulness facilitator and trainer serving executives, organizations and the public and private education systems to support the cultivation of personal wholeness, balance, health and well-being. With his unique, loving presence, Allan draws upon his diverse interests in ancient wisdom and modern science to share with others the life-long art of living with a clear mind and an open heart.

Why Retreat?
